Met Museum Fashion Exhibit 2024 Schedule. The decorative great hall centerpiece unveiled during this evening’s met gala® will remain on view to the public on tuesday, may 2. During this experience students will take field trips to historic sites and museums, interact with visiting artists, and exhibit their work at a local gallery or museum.

On view at the met fifth avenue from december 7, 2023 through march 10, 2024, the show will feature designers whose fashions are represented in the museum’s permanent collection. The exhibit at the met fifth avenue will run from may 10 until september 2, 2024, and will explore notions of rebirth and renewal, using nature as a metaphor for the impermanence of fashion.
